Description
Excellent accommodation renovated in this spring of 2021, the history of this accommodation takes us to the old Cortijo Huerto de la Rosa (1890), where a young rancher acquired these lands to dedicate himself to agriculture and livestock, economic support in Alhaurín el Grande during those years.
The society, the economic systems and the generational change in which culture and studies made the youngest people go to the provincial capitals, led to this Cortijo being enabled for family use. Time did its work, and the family descended from this young entrepreneur took the reins of the property, leading to its complete renovation (although respecting the aesthetics) of all the rooms of the accommodation.
The work has been very rewarding on the part of the hosts, every detail has been taken care of to the maximum, providing accommodation with high quality and luxury. As you will see in the photographic report, it does not lack detail.
The perimeter of the property is completely fenced, and there are no adjoining homes around the farmhouse.
Its excellent location will allow you to reach the center of Alhaurín el Grande in just five minutes, providing convenience when shopping or enjoying the sociocultural offerings that this town offers.
The intimacy of the accommodation is guaranteed, you will notice this detail when entering with your vehicle, a wide road with a well-kept garden on its sides will give you the first impression of luxury and tranquility that you are looking for on your vacation. Your vehicle will be safely protected thanks to the parking area available for such use.
The outdoor areas of this accommodation are divided into four areas:
Pool area
Surrounded by a well-kept garden, you can enjoy an excellent outdoor pool. The pool has an unbeatable position where it is bathed in the Sun all day long. You can enjoy this space to the fullest, thanks to the outdoor furniture available.
It has a small indoor pool.
The outdoor pool is not heated!
Children's area
Next to the parking area, and properly separated, there is a complete children's area where you can relax and watch how the little ones in the house have fun in this playground. The pleasant afternoon sun is conducive so that after swimming in the pool, the little ones and even you, can relax and end the day with games and positivity.
Entrance pergola
In front of the entrance to the accommodation, you will see a large pergola, sheltering a large table, where lunches outside with the family will generate incredible memories.
Covered barbecue area
To the east side of the accommodation you will find a covered barbecue area and enough outdoor furniture to accommodate all members of the family. Whether it is day or night, you can have great family barbecues and enjoy the country breeze. Next to this barbecue area, you will find rooms with a kitchen where you can prepare your lunches outside.
The interior of the accommodation, as we have already indicated, is cared for in maximum detail and with luxury qualities. The building is made up of two floors, with on the ground floor, a large hall that will take you to a beautiful staircase that accesses the upper floor, it will also take you to the living room, where you can find some comfortable sofas where you can enjoy television. , which, thanks to the WI-FI connection offered by the accommodation, will not lose track of its favorite series or will be able to keep the little ones in the house entertained with its cartoon channels..On colder days you can use the elegant fireplace to regulate the temperature of the room. On this ground floor you can also find a separate kitchen with a dining room. In this spacious and bright kitchen, you can make any type of lunch and store your provisions in order and balance. Finally, on this ground floor you will find a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Climbing the elegant staircase, we reach the upper floor, where we will find five bedrooms and a hall, decorated with great elegance, which will be a meeting point to find a moment of tranquility.
This floor has two bathrooms with a shower that will serve the rooms that we will describe below.
The rooms, all bright, spacious and with closets to store your luggage in an orderly manner, will provide you with the rest you need. Equipped with double-glazed closures, the temperature of the rooms and the noise from outside will not be a problem. The entire room has the following distributions:

This was a great villa. The actual villa surpassed the pictures. beautiful views and amenities. It was close to a town and Málaga was about a 25 min drive away. Only drawback is public transport/taxis were not super reliable. Would recommend a car fsee more

Coffee maker etc made our stay very comfortable. The air conditioning in each room was also very welcome given the temperature outside. Close enough to the town to grab a taxi in to the supermarketto local restaurants but also the villa is on the main drag into town and there is a bus stop right outside the villa with busses running every 20 minutesso. Perfect for a family holiday away from it all.

The swimming pool was perfect, honestly the photos don't do this place justice.Just one thing to note - it wasn't easy to find. Make sure you follow the GPS on the welcome message from your host rather than the address.We can't wait to return!

Svårt att hitta boendet. Missförstånd när det gäller key collection address. Jag trodde att jag skulle hämta nyckeln på en adress och sen åka till boendet. Så var det inte utan husvärden var på plats på boendet med nyckeln. Detta var onödigt och tog see more

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Der Check In lief gut ab einzig würde ich den nächsten Gästen empfehlen schon im Vorab die genaue Adresse zu erfragen. Vor allem wenn man ein Mietauto bucht. Außerdem waren zwei der Sonnenschirme kaputt, abersee more

Außerdem waren zwei der Sonnenschirme kaputt, aber ansonsten hat es uns super gut gefallen. Durch die hohen Decken ist es nicht so heiß im Haus. Mein Sohn hatte viel Spaß mit dem kleinen Spielplatz am Haus und der Grill ist mehr als ausreichend um 8-10 Personen schnell zu versorgen.

Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad bij villa Rosas. De dag van aankomst was wat rommelig omdat onze vlucht in de ochtend al aankwam en we pas om 15:00u konden inchecken. We kregen pas de locatie van het huis toen we er om vroegen, dit had ik liever wasee more
Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad bij villa Rosas. De dag van aankomst was wat rommelig omdat onze vlucht in de ochtend al aankwam en we pas om 15:00u konden inchecken. We kregen pas de locatie van het huis toen we er om vroegen, dit had ik liever wat pro actiever gezien. Verder was de host ruim een kwartier te laat met inchecken waardoor we lang voor de poort van het huis stonden te wachten, dat was minder. Het huis zelf is echt geweldig, schoon, groot, mooie speeltoestellen voor de kinderen en een groot en schoon zwembad. Het enige puntje van feedback is dat enkele bedjes bij het zwembad erg versleten/kapot waren en wat tegeltjes van het zwembad los zaten.De omgeving is rustig en alles is wel een stukje rijden met de auto maar dat wisten we van te voren. Het huis is erg geschikt voor kinderen door het afgesloten zwembad en de speeltoestellen.Wij zouden het zo nog een keer boeken en zijn erg tevreden!

Wij zijn met 2 stellen hier geweest. Onwijs mooi huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad en een mooie locatie en een heerlijke tuin waar wij avocado's en sinaasappels konden plukken. Goede communicatie! Echt een aanrader!!!
