Located in an exclusive enclave, Cubo's Estudio Carretería 33 offers you the opportunity to enjoy Málaga Centro with all its cultural, gastronomic and leisure offerings.
A few minutes walk away you have museums, monuments, a beach, and a wide range of dining and leisure options.
This accommodation has received the distinctive "Commitment to Tourism Quality" in the destination of Malaga within the SICTED project.
Furthermore, it is significant to note that the artist Jaime Fernandez Pimentel, author of El Cenachero, El Biznaguero and El Burrito Platero del Parque, iconic sculptures for the people of Malaga, lived in this building.
If you want to get around the province of Malaga, it is very easy, you are just 10 minutes walk from the María Zambrano AVE station and the Malaga Provincial Bus Station. In addition, the urban bus service in the capital is just 50 meters from the accommodation.
We inform you that the accommodation does not have a parking service, but it has several parking lots in the area, they are paid, so we advise you to inform yourself in advance of the cost per day. Parking Camas is the closest and most modern in the area.
The accommodation will surprise you, it has a common patio on the ground floor, combined with design elements that make modern and traditional mix pleasantly. You will see that the design is dominant in the recent renovation that was done to the building. A transparent elevator will also take you to the roof, where you will enjoy unique views of the Center of Malaga. An added value to this accommodation is that it also has a swimming pool, a luxury in the heart of the city.
Upon entering you will see how bright, cozy and complete it is. First of all, you will have a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette that will solve any needs you may have at lunch time. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kitchen and household items, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob.
The living room is combined with a comfortable sofa bed where you can watch television. This space is very cozy since it is attached under the platform of the double bed. It makes TV nights very enjoyable. Imagine it after a day seeing all the cultural offerings of Malaga.
The double bed, as we have mentioned, is prepared on a platform and is accessed through elegant aluminum steps. We inform you that this part of the accommodation is not suitable for elderly people or people with mobility disabilities.
Don't worry about the temperature of the accommodation. A powerful air conditioning will keep the room at an optimal temperature. Always use electrical appliances responsibly.

The studio was located right in the center! Very close (usually max. 20minute walk) to a lot of facillities such as the center, metro/,bus, harbor,… The studio was really clean too! There were a lot of cups, bowls, pans, hair dryer, iron, hangers,see more

There were a lot of cups, bowls, pans, hair dryer, iron, hangers,… available which was a very nice surprise since I didn’t see it being mentioned. Right next to the studio there were supermarkets, pharmacy,… which was very handy.The receptionist was very nice too! Have been accomodated really kindly. There were blankets and an A/,C too but we didn’t really get the chance to use the A/,C (since it wasn’t that hot when we visited malaga, it was around 18-23°C)At night it wasn’t as noisy as some people have been complaining. You do hear a bit of noise but it is greatly damped (what do you expect if you want a studio right in the center? of course you’ll hear a bit of noise)The other residents were also very ‘calm’. We barely saw anyone else in the apartment corridors. And the streets felt pretty safe too.

Cristina is a very efficient and friendly hostess. The apartment was very clean and as described. The apartment is in the perfect position. It is just beside the old town which is about 100m walk but quiet so that we got a good night’s sleep. Malaga see more

Everywhere is accesssible from this apartment. Highly recommended. We will come again.

Very lovely place, good price in the most perfect location. Only issue was the fuses seemed faulty and we were the only apartment that lost power almost every hour which was irritating. Pool is also very small with no beds and can get crowded but notsee more

Nice people who respond quickly. The apartment was equipped with almost everything: enough towels, iron, closet space, crockery, etc. The location was perfect, you are close to everything (except the beach). We had a nice week, thank you! :)

The stairs to the loft can be a challenge if you are a bit unsteady.The view from the pool bed on the roof is fantastic, so that was a nice experience.When we were there they were upgrading the street so there was some noise, but that means it will be a pedestrian street with trees and benches. It was rather dark and unpleasant before, so now there are cafes and restaurants that are also reasonably priced with good food, so this will be a pleasant area.

Próbowaliśmy się dowiedzieć od gospodarza czy są w okolicy bezpłatne miejsca. Dostaliśmy informację, że takich nie ma i link do płatnego, niedalekiego parkingu. Jak się później okazało w okolicy były miejsca bezpłatne. Trzeba chwilę poszukać, ale są, najlepiej po drugiej stronie kanału rzecznego. Dobrze by było, gdyby gospodarz o tym informował.Wyposarzenie to nawet nie minimum. Brak czajnika by zagotowac wode na herbate czy kawę, mydła do rąk, czy innych kosmetyków oraz płynu do naczyń. 2 rolki papieru toaletowego dla 3 dorosłych osób na kilka dób. Kilka sztućców Słabo, naprawdę słabo. Na antresoli wokół materaca mnóstwo kurzu i piachu. Sam materac wygodny i w pełni wystarczajacy dla 2 osób. Trochę duszno na górze. Apartament przy bardzo aktywnej, nawet nocą, ulicy. Jak ktoś szuka ciszy to nie tu.
