Vacation villa in Marbella with swimming pool
With a capacity for twelve people, this villa is ideal for you and your family to be together enjoying the warmth of the Costa del Sol without giving up the possibility of having nice excursions in the interior of the province of Malaga.
With a quiet and cosy location, surrounded by native trees of the area, you will have access to the A-7 motorway and to the small commercial areas that surround the different urbanisations of the dreamy enclave located in Marbella within a few minutes by car. Both beaches and golf courses are only a short drive away.
Upon arrival, a private area with space for one vehicle will give you access to a small hall (down a flight of stairs) that will lead you to a beautiful interior courtyard, which communicates with the different terraces or plants of this spacious and beautiful holiday accommodation.
As a reference, we will explain this inner courtyard to explain the distribution of the house, remember that you can request or view a virtual tour, where you can visually immerse yourself in the accommodation.
On this inner courtyard floor, you will find:
Dining room: spacious and beautiful, with gabled roof decorated with wooden beams, very bright and functional, with different spaces, from reading a book in privacy to lunch or meeting with the family.
Kitchen: Spacious, with a complete set of kitchenware and electrical appliances. Its ample storage space will allow you to store and make a good stock of food. Anyone who likes to cook will love this beautiful kitchen.
Outside porch: Nice porch with outdoor furniture, ideal for any time of the day, as an aperitif or to relax.
Toilet: Separate single toilet.
Interior stairs: These stairs will take you to the lower floor where you will find the lower bedrooms or to the upper floor, where there is a large bedroom. You can also access the pool area through two lower bedrooms.
Exterior stairs: From the entrance that leads to this interior patio you will have two other flights of exterior stairs, one of them will take you to a terrace with very nice views and a small set of outdoor furniture and the other will take you to the pool area, from which through two direct accesses to bedrooms we can access this area (just as if we use the interior staircase).
Next, we will describe the outside area, which is located on the lower floor, housing the bulk of the bedrooms and an outside bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for 2 people.
Pool: Large, sunny and with outdoor furniture that will allow you to fully enjoy fun swims in the pool. Remember that if you travel with children it is your responsibility to keep them supervised.
Garden: A beautiful garden with fruit trees will allow you to enjoy natural shade and also the views of a beautiful space that will bring you a little closer to nature. You should know that due to the drought with its respective municipal restrictions, the garden may not be as vibrant as it should be, so when taking the photos the garden area has been edited.
Bedrooms:
A total of six bedrooms (remember that one of them, the one facing the pool, is independent) that will provide shelter for the family. Distributed through a comfortable hallway, you will have different bed options, single or double. You can see the details in the advertisement. All bedrooms have a window to the outside and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.
Please note that the bedroom with a balcony and bathroom with an en-suite bathtub is located on the upper floor. With a sloping ceiling and wood cladding, you will enjoy a sunny and spacious space that will allow you extra privacy. Its large bathroom with a bathtub provides that comfort.
Please note that a deposit must be held or paid in order to stay at this property before the keys are handed over.
