Description
You are going to stay in an urban environment and you must respect the rest of the neighbors, avoiding high volume of sound equipment or noise on terraces at inappropriate times of the day or night.
This accommodation has received the distinctive "Commitment to Tourism Quality" in the destination of Malaga within the SICTED project.
The location of this neighborhood is privileged within the perimeter of the capital of Malaga, at sea level and in a straight line you will have a promenade to walk or bike to the center of Malaga and enjoy all the charm of this rapidly growing city. . Whether you want to telework or enjoy a complete vacation, this accommodation offers you the advantage of having quick access to Malaga's extensive public transport.
We highlight this accommodation's large terrace at the top, where you can enjoy a quiet evening outdoors, read a book or sunbathe. The views, although they are urban, have clear skies (without very tall buildings in its visual perimeter) and it has outdoor furniture so you can fully enjoy it.
The little house located on a quiet pedestrian street is distributed over three floors. Where at the entrance, we will have a first look at a spacious living room, where we can watch television and be with the family. Following the living room, we have access to a beautiful kitchen, with cabinets to store your belongings and the small appliances necessary to make preparing your lunches easier. Following the kitchen, we will have a small interior patio that gives access to a toilet.
The air conditioning system that the accommodation has is complete.
Going up the wide staircase, we reach the first floor, where we will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. We will find two bedrooms, with a window to the outside and space to store your luggage. In one of them you will have a single bed, where you can rest individually, it is ideal if you are traveling with teenagers or middle-aged children. The second bedroom on this floor has a double bed.
If we continue going up the stairs we access the third room of the bedroom. In which we will find a triple bunk bed, in which the lower part of the bunk bed is a double bed and the upper part is a single bed. This bedroom is adjacent to the upper terrace access.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Malaga. From checking in to checkout Christina was brilliant, really lovely host who was really helpful and contactable via Whats App if we needed anything. The property is located down a really pretty street very close to the beach, which was lovely to visit during the day and at night after a long day! We had hire cars so the location was ideal (20 min drive from Malaga airport) the only thing i would say is parking is not always easy to get a spot close by as the local underground carpark is closed, which meant we often had to park and walk around 10-20 minutes which really was not an issue. Throughout our stay we also did not have any WiFi as there was an external line fault, however all other facilities worked as described and the terrace was lovely to sit on in the morning/evening. as compensation for the WiFi we were given a late checkout which made leaving much easier. Property was perfect for the 6 of us on our break. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, it's a beautiful little traditional Spanish house tucked away very close to the beach and restauarants, quiet friendly area, very nice. Lovely sunny roof terrace, great place overall. Check in is via reception rather than see more

Check in is via reception rather than a key safe box, regular hours are until 7pm, I wasn't aware of this, we had a later flight, it was all arranged no issue but it is worth knowing. Parking is tricky in the El Palo area, but we always found a space within a resonable distance, you do not need a car as everything is walkable and there is a great bus service to Malaga centre, but we has one as we were doing various trips. great host and lovely place has all you need. The house is very convenient and comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine with the dryer and the dishwasher there a lot. Upper terrace is lovely. Bedrooms were nice and beds comfy. However the lights and fans in two bedrooms did not work. We asee more

However the lights and fans in two bedrooms did not work. We asked the lady from the agency and she told us we had to contact the owner. The owner said we had to ask the agency. After lots of messages we were promised that somebody would come to help us. It was during the first days of our stay. We stayed almost two weeks and nobody ever came and the communication from the owner stopped fully. We would recommend to owner to take better care of the guests if there is an issue.

Cristina allowed us to check in earlier, met us during check in and showed us the apartment.Pay attention that the security deposit is required (300 EUR). Cristina had a small payment terminal that made it very easy - just frozen the sum in my card and released it after check out. Cristina is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for 5 weeks Jan-Feb 2023. Accommodation was great: Location: 3-floor house, located on quiet street, 3 minutes walk to the beach, 4 minutes walk to the bus stop. There are 3 buses that may be used to get to the city center:3,8,11. Bus trip to city center takes about 30 minutes.Accommodation: we were able to check-in early, house is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Everything needed for long-term stay is at place. There were 3 adults who work remotely, internet speed and stability is good.A lot of small shops around, 3 big food supermarket in 5-10 minutes walk. A LOT of restaurants nearby, basically countless amount of good-rated restaurants on the beach line.Beach is clean, several kilometers of quay to walk.Great place for work and stay with kids.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt in El Palo sehr zufrieden. Die Lage für uns war perfekt. Erstaunlicher Weise war es eher ruhig, da wir eigentlich anderes von Spanien gewohnt sind. Wir waren in der Wohnung mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Ganz oben insee more

Wir waren in der Wohnung mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Ganz oben in der Etage hat die kleinste Mittagsschlaf gemacht und wurde von uns oder Geräuschen nicht geweckt. Das einzige was eher schwierig war, war ein Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung zu bekommen. Unserer Meinung nach kann man hier ganz gut ohne Auto zurecht kommen. Zum Einkaufen steht ein Trolley zur Verfügung. Keine 5 Minuten von der Wohnung gibt es viele Lebensmittelläden, Bäcker usw. Möchte man nach Malaga in die Stadt fahren, dann kann man ganz bequem den Bus nehmen. Für uns war das ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
