Exclusive luxury house built in the 18th century and completely renovated in 2014, with absolutely exceptional finishes and decoration, located in the beautiful and peculiar town of Alhaurín el Grande.
The house has capacity for up to 12 people, and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a private outdoor pool, a large terrace, a spectacular hamman, and a private cinema room.
The beautiful entrance of the house is decorated with hand-painted tiles by the last artisans of Seville who still make this work of art. These handmade ceramics are repeated in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and exteriors.
In the hallway you can see a beautiful trellis and the stone motif in the hallway, original from the year the house was founded in 1882. You enter a reception room with a fireplace and a staircase with a personalized tapestry from the famous factory “Royal Tapestry Factory of El Escorial” Madrid.
The kitchen has been designed by Clive Christian and is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, utensils, oven and microwave and dishwasher. With detailed hand-painted tiles that represent all the seasons and all the senses.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with wooden skirting and bathroom.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor of the building, has a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area, and has a total capacity to accommodate 4 people comfortably.
The third bedroom, also located on the first floor, has two single beds joined together to form a double bed, as well as a single bed, and an extra trundle-type bed, and therefore a total capacity to also accommodate 4 people.
The fourth and last bedroom, also located on the first floor, has two single beds joined together to form a double bed, and capacity for 2 people.
All bedrooms on the first floor have their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The house has large entertainment and relaxation spaces with several televisions, a large basement with a pool table, a private hammam with spa and sauna and a soundproof cinema.
The impressive interior patio is adorned with tiles made to replicate the railings of the Plaza de España in Seville. The spacious terrace offers several places to sit, dine and enjoy the sound of the fountain, which can also be used as a swimming pool.
Casa Manzanares Bijou is a great house that offers the rare opportunity to enjoy a fantastic family home equipped and furnished to a formidable standard to be enjoyed on vacation or getaways.
Located in the center of the historic town of Alhaurín el Grande, on the green slopes of the Sierra de Mijas, close to all the services and shops it offers with a variety of excellent restaurants and international cuisine. A short drive from Malaga Airport, vibrant coastal towns such as Fuengirola and Benalmádena and larger cities such as Marbella.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance.

We needed the pool cleaned because the birds had visited it and our request was promptly fulfilled. Cristina who was the receptionist we were put in contact with was really lovely and helpful as well as Juan who is more English speaking was really accommodating and saved us when our taxi service let us down at the last minute.Altogether our experience was 10/10 in this villa and we would definitely visit again!
