Family rural house, with private pool, air conditioning and 4 bedrooms. Total occupancy 6 seats.
Rural accommodation very well located, close to shopping areas in Coín such as La Trocha Shopping Center. Easily accessible and just a few minutes from highway links that will take you to all points of interest in the province of Malaga.
The orientation of the accommodation means that the pool has many hours of sunshine, you will also enjoy a small covered outdoor area with a table football so that the little ones can be entertained. The porch of the accommodation is very comfortable and will provide shade and shelter so that having lunch outside is comfortable. In addition, from the porch you will have the pool visible so you can keep an eye on the little ones. The area surrounding the pool is not landscaped, it is dirt, but you can play ball on the entire plot. In front of the entrance porch, there is a space with planters and artificial grass that you can use as a rest or to sunbathe.
Living room together with kitchenette is the first room we find when entering the accommodation. You will enjoy the television area with a comfortable sofa and a cozy kitchen to prepare your lunches, equipped with everything you need so that cooking is not a problem.
Following this space and with a hallway that distances the bedrooms from the living-dining area, we find the four bedrooms and a full bathroom.
All bedrooms have a window to the outside and space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. They also have air conditioning, remember to use high-consumption electrical elements responsibly.

The description is completely accurate, the place was spotlessly clean with everything you'd need and more for a stress-free stay as a familywith friends! There was comfy bedding, AC and heating if needed, all utensils and essentials you'd need, a baby bath, highchair and cot were provided as well as toys that kept everyone happy alongside the pool! Miguel was a wonderful, friendly host to meet upon arrival, everything was explained and shown, we were then left to enjoy privacy but he was always on hand if needed. We found it to be a good base for everything we wanted to do in Andalucia from beach to mountains and the nearby local area provided all shops/restaurants you'd need too. We would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer !!!

Their attitude was truly heart warming with all the extras in the property. An amazing place to stay with children, as they provided toys and outdoor activities for them (bikes, cars, even a play kitchen!) We were just so happily shocked about all the extras, as the children were so extremely happy that they had so much activities there in addition to the pool. There was so much space around the house to run around. The house itself was also very beautiful inside and very well thought out. Modern and lovely design, being very clean. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with great views of the mountains. Everything is closeby and nicely reachable. Super well equipped and having several small kitchen appliances, which usually are not included.

Le logement était idéale, la piscine est assez grande, pas trop profonde donc idéale pour les adultes et enfants, l’extérieur est parfait, il y avait pleins de jeux pour les enfants, ils se sont amusé tout le long du séjour, avec le trampoline, la petite cuisine, les vélos et petites voitures qui étaient à disposition. Les hôtes étaient plus que chaleureux, toujours à notre disposition si nous avions une question ou autre. Tout était parfait. Le seule petit bémol pour nous était que l’eau n’est pas potable dans le logement et je ne l’ai pas vu mentionné ailleurs. Pour le reste tout était plus que parfait !

Merci pour les petites attentions ( nourriture, fruits, eau pour le 1er soir si vous n'avez pas le temps de faire des courses, serviettes pour la piscine). Concernant le logement, tout était propre et bien rangé. La cuisine est bien équipée. La maison a été rénovée récemment et n'est en location que de puis août 23. La piscine est juste parfaite avec un gazon synthétique de qualité, très doux pour vos pieds. Très grands espaces aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.

Skønne udendørs omgivelser med overdækket terrasse til spisning og poolområde med sol fra morgen til aften. Meget legetøj og generelt godt baby-udstyr. Ejerne Miguel og hans kone modtog os ved huset og var meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Overordnet, et rigtig godt feriehus til prisen.

The hosts were super kind and accommodating and the house had every amenities from hair dryer to food in the fridge to kids toys! The location was also great, very quiet and amazing sun rises and sun sets! I absolutely recommend this place! A great psee more

Por poner algo,el tema del agua ,que no sea potable ,pero entendemos que es algo complicado ya q no depende de los propietarios,si no también instalaciones del ayuntamiento
