As soon as you enter the plot of the accommodation (fenced in all its perimeter) you will see the intimacy and tranquillity that you will enjoy during your holidays. With a large covered parking area you will be able to keep your vehicle safe.
The South orientation of the property benefits you in its luminosity, from early in the morning you will have the light of the Costa del Sol. You will enjoy the early hours of the morning having breakfast on the terrace or simply watching the sunrise.
This orientation is also taken advantage of by the swimming pool and the incredible barbecue area, with unbeatable views, you will have many hours of sunshine to relax and enjoy a good swim or lie in the hammock to feel the healing rays of the sun.
The ten places in the accommodation are divided into two floors, each with independent access.

We had a super week, the pool is lovely and it's very peaceful and chilled. The house is nice and has everything you need. The bathroom could do with an upgrade. The toilet seat kept coming loose. Also, there were 7 adults (with 3 cars ) and we only see more

Also, there were 7 adults (with 3 cars ) and we only had 1 clicker for the gate at the top of the drive so it meant we had to constantly liaise with each other and you have to walk half way up the the drive to use it, so perhaps this could be sorted to make life a little easier. The directions on Airbnb took us to the local tidy tip, but the agent from Cubo homes was waiting for us at the villa and sent me a pin so we could locate the correct address. Overall a great day. Thank you

Secure location so felt safe.Outdoor area was fantastic multiple seating areas for both sun lovers an those that want heat but shade.Quiet at most points of the day so good for relaxing and enjoying the pool and the surroundings, Odd times we got multiple dogs barking at random times of day/ night and early morning but nothing to stop us from having a good stay. Use of the BBQ facilities was great. Only feedback would be bathroom could do with slightbut still practical and worked for the 6 of us. Great stay and would definitely look to return.

I stayed for a month remote working on the villa. It's very beautiful and lots of privacy. Everything is kept very clean and kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's quite conveniently located near Alhaurin el Grande which has a good sisee more

It's quite conveniently located near Alhaurin el Grande which has a good sized Mercadano for groceries.There's not much negative to say about it to be honest. Only thing that comes to mind is that the house is located a bit unfortunately right next to a small farm with outside dog that barks a lot, especially after dark. If you have trouble sleepingfalling asleep with dog barking, earplugs might save the night. Also the house doesn't seem to have official address, so as I needed to order few packages online, it was quite the hassle to get them delivered.

Prachtige villa! Het huis zelf is opgedeeld in twee delen, met zelfs twee keukens. Genoeg plek voor onze groep van 10. Het zwembad is heerlijk, het uitzicht is mooi en er is genoeg ruimte om met de hele groep buiten te zitten en te ontspannen. Er is see more
Prachtige villa! Het huis zelf is opgedeeld in twee delen, met zelfs twee keukens. Genoeg plek voor onze groep van 10. Het zwembad is heerlijk, het uitzicht is mooi en er is genoeg ruimte om met de hele groep buiten te zitten en te ontspannen. Er is een grote supermarkt op een paar minuten rijden. Ons verblijf werd helaas verstoord door een stroomstoring, de communicatie daarover was niet optimaal maar uiteindelijk is het opgelost. Al met al heerlijk verbleven!

Bon rapport qualité prix. La villa est dans son jus, mais appréciable pour une semaine entre amis. Très calme, assez éloignée des voisins. La piscine est vmt topGros bémol pour la porte d’entrée : nous n’avons pas été prévenu qu’il n’y avait pas de psee more

La piscine est vmt topGros bémol pour la porte d’entrée : nous n’avons pas été prévenu qu’il n’y avait pas de poignée extérieure pour ouvrir la porte, au 1er coup de vent la porte s’est refermée, clés à l’intérieur. On nous a demandé 30€ pour venir ouvrir la porte… nous aurions au moins pu être prévenus dès le départ de l’absence de poignée sur la porte, ne permettant donc pas une ouverture de celle ci par l’extérieur Globalement, très bon séjour

En general:MUY BIEN! Los exteriores de la casa son muy bonitos, cómodos, una piscina estupenda con bastantes horas de sol (al menos en julio) y mucho espacio alrededor para juegos, tumbarse al sol..etc. la bbq muy bien, tanto a mano como resguardadasee more

Los exteriores de la casa son muy bonitos, cómodos, una piscina estupenda con bastantes horas de sol (al menos en julio) y mucho espacio alrededor para juegos, tumbarse al sol..etc. la bbq muy bien, tanto a mano como resguardada y cómoda.Camas buenas, sábanas y toallas blancas limpias y en buen estado. Habitaciones amplias, excepto las de abajo que son más justas pero tiene más intimidad al estar más aisladas, con saloncito cocina abierta y baño (está parte que es como un añadido es lo menos bonito de la casa, pero se le saca utilidad)La cocina ppal es pequeña..pero accesible y cómoda.El trato con el propietario estupendo, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes circunstanciales pero se solucionaron rápido, con amabilidad y coherencia a la circunstancia y con muy buena atención.

L extérieur de la maison est extraordinaire avec un superbe emplacement et une très belle piscine. Par contre que deux climatisation sur l ensemble de la maison Rdc et étage ce n est pas du tout suffisant. La vaisselle est trop juste il faut doublersee more

Par contre que deux climatisation sur l ensemble de la maison Rdc et étage ce n est pas du tout suffisant. La vaisselle est trop juste il faut doubler le matériel pour ne pas faire tourner le lave-vaisselle en permanence . Nous étions 10 et la table exterieure est trop juste pour manger tous ensemble. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances et quelques détails rendraient cette maison fabuleuse .

Pues en la vivienda de abajo poner un aire acondicionado por que lo pasamos mal para dormir muchísima calor y le haría falta también aparte de las neveras .. Un congelador y en la zona de la piscina poner algunas sombrillas o toldos por que por el dísee more
