Apartment with direct access to the beach. Located in a beachfront urbanization, this apartment for four people is ideal for enjoying the Costa del Sol.
You will enjoy very extensive community services, a large swimming pool, tennis court, paddle tennis court and access to the beach and the coastal promenade, where you will have kilometers of walkway attached to the Malaga coastline where you can walk, run or bike to , La Cala de Mijas or the Cabopino marina.
Road communications with all points of interest in the province of Malaga are fast and accessible, in a time of 35 minutes you can be in Marbella, Malaga, Estepona.
The facility has two private parking areas, which, as they are not numbered, mean their availability is random. It may be the case that you do not find free places, especially in high season. Therefore, both the agency and the owner are unaware of this problem and are not responsible nor do they offer compensation in the event that parking is not available. Otherwise, public parking can be found nearby.
On the third floor with an elevator, you will enjoy a terrace integrated into the living room, this terrace offers partial views of the sea. This living-dining room space also has the furniture in the glazed terrace area, a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, a single sofa bed and Smart TV. Connected to the internet, you can continue enjoying your favorite series.
Next to the living room, although separated by a bar and open space connected to the living room dining area, there is a cozy kitchen. With everything you need to be able to prepare your lunches without any problem. The refrigerator that is available is small in size. You can also use an oven, ceramic hob and microwave.
To sleep, (in addition to the double sofa bed in the living room area) in the master bedroom you will have a nice double bed. This bedroom has exterior windows, air conditioning, television and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner.
You will have a bathroom with a shower, modern and spacious.

El apartamento en sí está muy bien cuidado y es perfecto para un grupo de cuatro personas. El espacio es acogedor pero moderno, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Las grandes ventanas permiten que entre mucha luz natural, y despertarse con el sonido de las olas fue un verdadero sueño. La urbanización que lo rodea es tranquila y está bien cuidada, lo que lo convierte en un refugio perfecto del bullicio, pero al mismo tiempo está cerca de las atracciones locales. Ya sea que quieras relajarte en la playa o explorar los vibrantes pueblos a lo largo de la Costa del Sol, este apartamento es la base ideal.
