Description
It is close to the commuter station, the beach and all kinds of businesses that will make your daily life easier.
It is important that you know that this accommodation ONLY has air conditioning in the living room.
Although the community has space within it to park, they are unassigned spaces, that is, there is no exclusive parking, so at certain times of the year there may be no parking for your vehicle, having to park it nearby.
Located on a ground floor facing the community's front garden, this accommodation will provide you with the rest you need for your vacation or the peace of mind to telework if you wish to do so or are obliged to do so. You can always take a break walking to the beach and take a stroll along the wonderful Arroyo de la Miel promenade.
As we have mentioned, the accommodation is located in an urbanization, so you will have to respect the rest rules of the neighbors and the use of the facilities it offers. With large gardens and a fenced pool, you can sunbathe or enjoy taking a walk through the wide expanse of common areas.
Its surroundings are very complete, as it is located in an urban centre, you can enjoy public parks such as El Parque de la Paloma, shopping and restaurant areas in the famous Puerto Marina marina, and some wonderful and extensive beaches accompanied by a fabulous promenade, where you can do a little sport or enjoy a pleasant walk.
The interior of the apartment with a current line of furniture will be comfortable and spacious, perfect for having different spaces within the family nucleus, especially if you feel like reading a book alone or teleworking, what, with the internet connection offered by the accommodation, it will be easy for you to do so.
The kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make it easy to prepare your lunches, has a small laundry room where you can do the laundry. In addition, it also has different spaces to store your belongings and enough kitchenware to make any lunch you can think of. Lunch that you will enjoy in the living room with access to a small terrace, equipped with television, you can also have family time watching your favorite movies or series.
To rest you will have three bedrooms, all with windows to the outside and with space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds.

Everything were very actually close enough by for us like bars, restaurants, train, bus. However, we had a little bit of miscommucation between both of parties to get into the property but at the end they let us in, honestly i would not blame any one i think its fall on us as much as them beside that little hiccups everything were great. I would recommended anyone whos traveling to Malaga Spain to stay at Cubo's Holiday Home you will no regret it, it is a great place for couples with familiesgroup of friendsany body it is a great place for your money you spent.

Great place for a short stay. We stayed for 4 weeks and felt it was not up to our standards for such a long stay. Also pool was not open, so probably a place most suited for stays from June until September. Short walking distance to both restaurants see more

Also just about 5 minute walk from train station so easy to get to Fuengirola and Malaga. Over all happy with our stay! Would be nice with more than one key when we were six people staying there.

Todo muy bien y limpio, lástima que solo nos dieron 1 juego de llaves, que nos complicaba cuando salíamos todos, y el aire no calefaccionaba suficiente. El resto muy cómodo ,tanto la ubicación como el departamento en sí. Nos sentimos a gusto !
