Description
Ground floor accommodation located in the outer neighborhood of Alhaurín el Grande, very close to the urban center and well connected, whether you come to work or get to know the province of Málaga and all the attractive socio-cultural it can offer. From enjoying the Caminito del Rey to visiting museums like Thyssen, Picasso or Pompideu. All within a few minutes (around 25 minutes) from the accommodation location.
In the surroundings of the accommodation you can find everything from playgrounds, restaurant and breakfast businesses and even supermarkets or local food stores. Located on the ground floor, it will be easy to access, where at the entrance we will find a first view of the living room and the glazed terrace. In this dining room you can enjoy with your family or relax watching television. On the terrace (equipped with furniture for two people) you can rest, read a book, and enjoy natural light.
Next to the living room you will find a beautiful kitchen, narrow in its first passage through a hallway that widens towards the ceramic hob and sink area. You will have everything you need in kitchenware and small appliances so you can prepare your lunches comfortably. You will also have the necessary space so you can store your belongings in an orderly manner.
You will have two bedrooms, both with windows to the outside and with space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. Between the two bedrooms you will have four beds, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The fifth and sixth seats will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. It is possible that at certain times of the year these extra seats will have an increase in the rate.
It has a complete bathroom with a shower tray.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
